A plug for my talented friend Daniel and his colleague Fodil — thanks for sending over this amazing spread!

I’ve known Daniel from his time in Opera Bombana (Beijing), and he cooked me one of the best meals in my life. His steak tartare (in picture) is really, really good. I haven’t eaten a steak tartare this good outside of Europe!

And Fodil’s creations are delicious and very creative. Once this lockdown is over, I’m headed to Horizon Grill for a full-on brunch!
